The system effectively manages and regulates the "Up" rotation among sales personnel. Notably, it operates without the need for additional hardware. Each salesperson is assigned a unique "key," which is cycled through to confirm that only current and valid dealership representatives can access, view, and respond to sales leads. Upon accepting an opportunity, a salesperson merely taps 'accept' and is automatically moved from the first position to the end of the rotation. This process continues seamlessly throughout dealership operating hours.
